DNS Not Resolving for Public Domain on Railway

Hi Team,

I am facing a persistent DNS issue with my deployed service.

Public domain:
https://ww-server.up.railway.app/

When accessing it from any browser, I receive:

This site can’t be reached
Check if there is a typo in ww-server.up.railway.app.
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

Details:

  • The deployment is successful

  • Logs indicate the server is running correctly and listening on the correct port

  • Public Networking is enabled

  • I have tried redeploying, regenerating domains, clearing DNS cache, and testing from a different network

  • I also tested with a brand new Railway project — same DNS NXDOMAIN error

It looks like the generated .up.railway.app domain is not resolving externally.

Could you please help investigate this DNS/public networking issue on your side?

The domain is resolving for me, so this looks like an issue on your end. Can you try using a different DNS provider such as Cloudflare's 1.1.1.1?
