"Custom domain api.moozo.ai is stuck on 'Waiting for DNS update' for 2+ days. Both CNAME (d00476w5.up.railway.app) and TXT (_railway-verify.api) records are correctly configured and globally propagated (verified via dnschecker.org). Please manually trigger domain verification for project moozo-scalex."

It may take up to a few hours for Railway to validate the DNS and issue a certificate (maybe even a day, but rarely). If it doesn't happen by then, try removing the domain from Railway and add it back after ~10-15 mins. Update DNS records as necessary.

I get the same issue and NOT able to solve it
Custom domain app.api.rectext.com registered to service rectext-backend-java in project endearing-courtesy returning 502 Bad Gateway after the recent GCP incident. The Railway URL rectext-backend-java-production-9c75.up.railway.app works perfectly. DNS CNAME is verified and propagated worldwide via dnschecker.org. Cannot remove or re-add the domain — UI says "domain already in use." Need the domain routing entry reset. Project ID: 36cdb5fb-e31a-4241-9b4b-5f47b6908006 Service ID: b0dc5daa-638d-427a-9d17-524e3ac3e81f
