I have configured the cname and txt records for famick.com. I have verified that they are set correctly.
The CNAME shows a checkmark, indicating it was set. However, the TXT record does not show as checked.
It has been more than 24 hours since I made the changes.
Going to the website shows an error about the website not found.

It may take up to a few hours (maybe even a day or two) for Railway to validate the DNS and issue certificates. If one isn't issued by then, try removing the domain from Railway and add it back after ~10-15 mins. Update DNS records as necessary.

I know you wrote "I have verified that they are set correctly." just checking because i've made the mistake myselfe:
If you have changed the setting in the past, make sure to have the correct name of the CNAME record at the end of the TXT record (here "www" so -> "_railway-verify.www")

if you are using Squarespace "@" doesn't work and you have to use the prefix "www" and forward your domain to "famick.com"

This has been resolved. I deleted the custom domain, from both railway and my dns provider, waited 30 min, then re-added. It verified rather quickly.
