We are facing issues with a service in our railway where the client is getting DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN error. Client is using Jio Network. but for the other networks the site is working fine.

Seems like the ISP is preventing the client from resolving that domain... Try adding a custom domain.

Indian ISP's are blocking the Free domain hosting platforms like railway, vercel, netlify etc. Either we can add a custom domain to the railway generated domain. Else we can update custom google dns

You can add a custom domain to your service by going into its settings > networking section.
