Hi,
I’m not contacting you to try to speed up DNS propagation, but to check the current status on your side.
It has been about 60 hours since the DNS changes were made, and the domain is still not resolving everywhere.
Could you please confirm:
- that the DNS records are correctly published on your side
- that there are no errors or conflicts with the domain configuration
- whether, from your perspective, propagation should complete soon

Hmmm. It looks like you never set the CNAME on your domain dashboard.

Thanks for pointing that out.
You’re right — the CNAME is currently set for www.truebusiness.co,
but the root domain truebusiness.co does not have a CNAME.
Since the root domain cannot have a CNAME at WHC, I will add the appropriate A record (or alias) to point the apex domain to Railway and update you shortly.

Hi,
Just to clarify and update you:
Since my previous message, I’ve completed the following on my DNS side (WHC):
• Added a 301 permanent redirect so that the apex domain truebusiness.co redirects to https://www.truebusiness.co
• The www.truebusiness.co subdomain is already configured as a CNAME pointing to Railway
I understand that the root domain itself cannot have a CNAME at WHC, which is why I used a redirect for the apex and kept the CNAME on www.
Could you please confirm if, from your side, this setup is now correct and if anything else is required for Railway to detect the domain properly?

Hello,
Until you have a CNAME on truebusiness.co pointing to the railway generated domain the setup told you we wont pick it up. I have run the same nslookup check and i see no CNAME record.

Hi again,
Quick update since my last message — there has been a change on my side.
I have now migrated the domain to Cloudflare and updated the nameservers accordingly. Cloudflare is active and confirming that it is now protecting truebusiness.co.
From my side, DNS is now fully managed by Cloudflare and no further changes are planned.
At this point, I believe everything is in place on DNS, and I’m waiting on your side for the domain to be detected/validated and SSL to complete.
