DNS records.

Hello, I've been trying since last Thursday to have my DNS records all propagated. I called my host and domain company this morning, DirectNet, and they said that everything is showing that it's propagated on their side.

I was just wondering if you could give me some advice on what I may be doing wrong because I'm not able to see the website when I go to the domain name, which is dswitchboardai.org. If you could give me some advice on that, I would appreciate it. Thank

Your custom domain on file is theswitchboardai.org (not dswitchboardai.org as mentioned in your message). Our system shows the required CNAME record pointing to your Railway service is not yet configured. Since theswitchboardai.org is a root/apex domain, most DNS providers (including many traditional hosts) do not support setting a CNAME at the root level. You would need your DNS provider to support CNAME flattening or ALIAS/ANAME records. If DirectNet does not support this, a common workaround is to switch your domain's nameservers to Cloudflare (free plan), which handles CNAME flattening automatically. More details are in our custom domain docs.
