Hi there, we are currently having issues with two domains hosted on Cloudflare where the TXT record for both is not refreshing after being added into cloudflare, ive jumped into a TXT record checker and i can see they have been entered correctly but still no luck.

Railway usually validates the DNS and issues the certificate within the hour, but it may take up to a day (rarely).
If it doesn't issue the certificate by then, try removing the domain from Railway and add it back after ~10-15 mins. (And update DNS records if necessary)
Make sure to access the site from incognito windows, as your browser may store stale (expired) certificates, which can make it seem like the certificates hasn't been issued yet (when it has).

try doing one of these options
1. Add the TXT records to CSD/CSC (the actual DNS provider)
2. Migrate DNS to Cloudflare properly (the NS records at the registrar need to be updated to point to Cloudflare's nameservers.)

(I've manually checked and both the CNAME and TXT records exist)

could you try
1.Remove the custom domain from Railway (both ----- and ----)
2.Wait ~10–15 minutes
3. Re-add them — this generates fresh verification tokens and triggers a new ownership check
also maybe double check that txt starts with "railway-verify=" exactly
