I have a main domain (returnofhermes.com) which works fine but both my www. and request. have been stuck at the verification stage for a few days. I have removed and re-added the TXT records multiple times but nothing seems to work. Can I get them retriggered?

Your TXT verification records for both subdomains are correctly published and match, but the verification workflow stalled before it could pick them up. We have started a certificate re-issuance for both, which should complete within a few minutes.
One additional thing: the CNAME on your www subdomain is pointing to the wrong target (the third character is off). Please check the required value in your domain settings on the Railway dashboard and update the record in Cloudflare so traffic routes correctly once the certificate is live.
