DNS Verify - provider won't alllow '-' or '_' in the name

tpp wholesale is the DNS provider and will not alllow '-' or '_' in the name

changing providers is not an option.

Please advise.

That doesn't change my response. If your current DNS provider doesn't support the use of dashes or underscores, you'd need to migrate to one that supports it.
