Do containers in the same project share the same outgoing external IP?

Trying to debug network (not Railway) issues and I want to start a shell to debug things. Fly has their ssh console command so maybe there's something similar that I'm missing?

Not necessarily, no. Railway does not provide a static IP for hobby plan users

hmm, does this mean containers on the same project could be on different hosts as well?
