We have cloudfront passing on to railway - we got hit by traffic bursts - probably bots. we have added rate limit + protection to cloudfront, but it seems like we need to have railways side remove us from a block list or something.

Can someone internal to railway assist?

This really isnt a community thing, its a private thread thing related to security. Automatically opening it up to the public and putting a bounty on it seems like categorically the WRONG thing to do.

This is likely an edge security block rather than an issue with your app. Since you've already added rate limiting and protection on CloudFront, the next step is to contact Railway Support with your project ID, domain, timestamps of the failed requests, and request logs so they can check whether your APEX domain or IP has been temporarily blocked and remove it if necessary.
