Do Railway Buckets support permanent public URLs?

Hi team,
I’m using Railway Buckets to store user-generated images. Uploads work, but I need non-expiring public URLs so the frontend can load these files directly.
From the docs, buckets seem to be always private and only accessible through presigned URLs, which eventually expire.
Can you confirm:
- Whether permanent public URLs are supported, or
- If there is any way to make specific files or folders publicly accessible, or
- If this feature is planned?
Thanks.
