yes i think there is issues with docker, i modified my build files and they took ages to load then after a few atempts i went full nuclear and beat the heck out of the code, though i am hoping its just networks issues now.
my docker builds normally take 1-2 minutes current build is 33+ minutes. i think docker is still hosed. but their status page hasnj't been updated yet.
i have not touched my docker setup at all since before the outage earlier this afternoon

docker services had an ongoing incident this afternoon and docker registry was impacted. images were not building if you had to pull from the registry.

I am also getting 503 Service Unavailable error
the actual docker image is building fine, it seems to fail when push docker image to railway register.

I thought it was just me!!! Docker problems, and now "waiting for build slot". I have never had these problems before.

yeah i think this might actually be a railway problem not docker. it hangs and times out at the very end.
