My Docker image deployments are failing instantly with "Failed to create deployment" and no logs are generated (no build logs, no deploy logs).

• Project: rare-kindness/production
• Image: evolutionapi/evolution-api:v2.2.3
• Region: tried both US West and US East — same result
• Fails in 0 seconds with no output
• My other service (crm-m3, GitHub-based) works perfectly fine
• I recently upgraded to Pro plan

I tried: redeploying, changing versions, changing regions, deleting and recreating the service — nothing works.

Please check what is blocking Docker container creation in my project.
