Dockerfile detection got broken, so build with nixpack is failing

I had a service deployed using Docker image. Suddenly today it's being build via nixpack and of course it fails. I saw in settings it flashed from nixpack to docker build detected, tried to redeploy, but it got built using nixpack again.
PS. Or was it railpack , doesn't matter.
