Does Object Storage support Conditional Writes (headers for if-none-match, if-match, etc)?
---
P.S. I tried to go to Discord to ask. I saw I needed to verify my account to ask/do anything. I did not have a Railway account (because I'm meerly trying to understand if Railway supports my use-case). I created an account. I went through the Railway/Discord OAuth flow. I am saddened, because I was not able to verify seeing this error (on https://railway.com/auth/error?provider=discord&msg=Problem%20completing%20OAuth%20login):
Error authenticating with Discord
Problem completing OAuth login
...I am further saddened that I only see one option under the (required) "Service" dropdown for this "Create Public Thread" form:
"N/A (This is unrelated to a Railway service)"
...followed by an alert [gaslighting] me:
Confirm N/A Selection
You selected N/A, which means this thread is unrelated to a Railway service. Is that correct?
...as though I have any other options.
---
P.P.S.
Ok, I think I failed to recognize the "Service" field as a free-form text input. If so, my bad.

Yes, Railway's object storage does support conditional writes. For the specific docs on it, you can check https://www.tigrisdata.com/docs/objects/conditionals/.
Railway's Object Storage is a whitelabel of Tigris, so you can consult their technical docs for more info on things like that
