Does PITR credential replacement procedure apply to non-HA Postgres?

I'm using a single Postgres instance with one volume, not an HA cluster, and want to make sure the procedure is the same before making any changes.
Does this same disable PITR → edit the staged patch to preserve the existing bucket → deploy → re-enable PITR procedure also apply to a single-instance Railway PostgreSQL service, or is this procedure specific to an HA cluster?

Yes. The procedure should also apply to single instances.
