Is this really necessary to include dockerfile and caddyfile? or railway automatically handles this? I tried without using these files and the site is live. Will i face any future issues if those files is not included?

Yes, Railway can handle your react application without the need for a Dockerfile or a caddyfile. You can use Railpack(the default one) as your builder in this case and configure it as necessary. If your app is running as expected, there is no need for any additional stuff.

See the image, railway clearly stated that Railpack automatically handles vite react and processes it further.
