I want to know if railway offer any proxy or proxy management, If there is an option for proxy management then how to manage it.

We offer TCP Proxy, which exposes a non-HTTP service (databases, game servers, raw TCP apps) to the internet. You enable it in your service Settings under Networking by choosing TCP Proxy and entering the internal port your service listens on, and we generate a proxy domain and port (e.g. shuttle.proxy.rlwy.net:15140) that forwards all traffic to your service. See TCP Proxy for the full setup. We do not offer an outbound or forward proxy product beyond this.
