Does Railway uses a different commit hash numbers when they get deployed than Github?

Hi all, I am having an issue with my website at the moment. When I push the changes and Github updates and I deploy it to Railway, it gives me different commit hashes on both frontend and backend for my website. The reason I'm checking this is because even though my github repo is updated, when my website gets deployed through railway it's showing the update I have done around 4 weeks ago.

A week before it was working without an issue and after a week break, I decided to continue working on my website and suddenly saw this issue. I am wondering if it's connected to these commit hashes showing different on both services since I can't remember if it used to be different normally. I checked the hosting provider no problem on there. Checked the repo, it was being updated without an issue whenever I did a push. I don't see any error's coming up(front and backend) on railway as well so it got me wondering why I'm seeing the old build on my website plus backend does not seem to work on the website.
