Does the Pro plan include any usage?

I am considering upgrading to the Pro plan mainly because of specific regions and the 2 custom domain limit.

However it is unclear to me if some usage costs are included in the Pro pricing.

The Pro plan does not include any usage.

Yes, your resource usage costs are in addition to the seat costs.
