Doesn't deploy the latest commits

Why does my deployment only keep deploying the original commit and keep ignoring the late commits I pushed?

I even tried different branch but still it only deploy the commit which have 2 commits after it

Also tried CMD + K and click deploy latest commit failed to deploy the latest too

and even i do CMD + K and click deploy latest commit it still does the same
