I’m trying to add liveoncampus.au to my Railway project. The domain previously belonged to another owner/project. The old DNS verification record has been removed, but the domain won’t verify. Is the domain is still associated with another Railway project or do I need to clear any stale verification? I have put the correct CNAME and TXT. It’s been an hour since.

If you're using www.liveoncampus.au, your TXT record should be on _railway-verify.www.liveoncampus.au. If you're using liveoncampus.au, the TXT record should be on _railway-verify.liveoncampus.au. (Your CNAME is on www but TXT is on _railway-verify)
Also, your CNAME record should be the one given to you when adding the custom domain. Not the pregenerated URL.
