Hi Railway support,
My deployed LibreChat service is completely unreachable since upgrading to the Hobby plan today (May 22, 2026).

Domain: librechat-production-8241.up.railway.app
Symptoms:
- Browser returns DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN when visiting the domain

- Railway dashboard shows the deployment as ACTIVE and "Deployment successful"

- Deploy logs confirm the server is running: "Server listening on all interfaces at port 8080"

- HTTP logs show ZERO incoming requests, meaning traffic is not reaching the service at all

- All 5 services (LibreChat, MongoDB, Meilisearch, RAG API, VectorDB) show as Online
Steps already tried:
- Changed the domain target port from 3080 to 8080 (matching what the server is listening on)

- Set the PORT environment variable to 8080

- Redeployed the service multiple times

- Waited several hours - issue persists
The domain does not appear to be properly registered in Railway's DNS/routing system. This may be related to the May 19th GCP outage recovery. The project was set up around the time of the outage.
Please help restore DNS routing for this domain, or advise on next steps.

Your domain librechat-production-8241.up.railway.app is properly registered and resolves correctly from the public internet, and your LibreChat deployment is healthy with a SUCCESS status. The DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN error is originating from your local device or network's DNS resolution, not from our side.
