I assigned custom domain `mongez.ae` to this service but something weird happened sometimes the domain refer to service on railway and website opens normally and the next moment the domain reverts to old server on Hottinger and show 403 forbidden
AND also when i add www to url it display railway page `Not Found`
I updated DNS records with following
CNAME (ALIAS) @ okfzklkb.up.railway.app
CNAME www okfzklkb.up.railway.app

I have checked out the domain. And it works just fine on my end.
Cloudflare is also a good option. Cloudflare helps with CNAME flattening and can redirect www traffic to the non-www domain. So if it's possible, you can use Cloudflare.

i can't use cloudflare right now, i hope there a solution for `www.mongez.ae` start with `www` because it always show not found
also i face another problem with puppeteer, it can't find chrome on production environment and unfortunally i dont' use docker so i can install it, so if there would an action from you side related to this matter that would be nice or just tell me how can i solve this

For the www, that's something you have to figure out with your DNS provider.
I am not sure I understand the puppeteer issue. Maybe you can create a new thread for that.
