I purchased domain hellion-tracker.xyz through Railway. The domain is completely inaccessible — global DNS returns NXDOMAIN. The .xyz TLD registry (CentralNic / ns0.centralnic.net) has no NS records delegated for my domain. This means name.com never registered the NS delegation with the TLD.
DNS Records I have in my Railway domain panel (A record @ → 66.33.22.42) exist but are unreachable because the TLD doesn't know which nameservers to use.
I need one of the following:
Fix the NS delegation in name.com so records propagate globally, OR
Allow me to set custom nameservers so I can use Cloudflare (ivy.ns.cloudflare.com + khalid.ns.cloudflare.com)
The site has been down for hours. Please fix urgently.

- Remove the domain from Railway
- Wait ~2–5 minutes
- Add it again

I tried removing and adding the domain again, but it still just sits on “Waiting for DNS to propagate...” for hours and the domain still doesn’t resolve globally.
What confuses me is that the domain is definitely active and paid until 2027, and Railway itself shows the DNS records correctly. But DNS checkers still fail and sometimes the domain even resolves to invalid/test IPs.
Did you have the exact same issue when you suggested re-adding the domain? I’m trying to understand whether this is still a propagation issue or if the NS delegation is somehow broken again.
