4 custom domains (hedgiq.com,are stuck in CERTIFICATE_STATUS_TYPE_VALIDATING_OWNERSHIP on project hedgiq-production (437efee0-17fc-43a1-89c8-68e561781ebd). They were migrated from a now-permanently-deleted project on another account. DNS is propagated and points at the assigned targets. Please re-trigger ownership validation / certificate issuance.
The domains were re-created fresh after the old project's permanent deletion, and DNS resolves to the assigned targets from multiple public resolvers (no DNSSEC issues). Validation has been stuck for 8+ hours.

None of the four domains have a TXT verification record published. Each custom domain needs both a CNAME for traffic routing and a TXT record at _railway-verify (for apex domains) or _railway-verify.www (for www subdomains) containing the verification token shown on the domain's settings page. Certificates will not issue until both records are present and propagated.
