I cant connect my railway git repository to a godaddy domain i own. it says Cname and says to use an @, but godaddy says that for Cname records i can only use www.

Some services do not support CNAME flattening (using @).


I'd highly recommend migrating to Cloudflare's DNS service.

All you need to do to use Cloudflare’s DNS is to use CF’s nameservers instead of GD.

Yes, DNS management and the DDoS protection is free on Cloudflare

You can also choose to transfer your domain to Cloudflare later, but this is completely optional

i can show it anymore but the record was an SOA record but there wasn't an option on CF dns records
