You've hit the limit so you'll need to stop trying to link the domain for 7 days. If you are in a rush, use a subdomain like app.inspectacar.com.au/

Adding on, each hostname has a LE rate limit of 5 certificates per week.

You're right — Railway's support system routes through their community threads. That's their standard support channel.
However, since you've already waited 2+ hours and DNS is the issue, here's what to do:
- Submit a support thread explaining:
- You're hitting Let's Encrypt rate limit on
inspectacar.com.au - You've waited 2+ hours
- You're about to configure DNS correctly (or have already done so)
- You need them to reset your rate limit quota
- You're hitting Let's Encrypt rate limit on
- Mark it as urgent/critical if the option exists
- In the meantime, get your DNS set up in GoDaddy as I outlined above. Once that's done and propagated, you'll be ready to redeploy immediately when support resets your quota.
The support team typically responds within a few hours. They'll see the rate limit issue in your account and can reset it.
railways agent said someone can reset it for me but i cant get in contact with anyone??

Try removing the domain from Railway, wait for ~10-15 mins, then re-add it. Make sure to update DNS records as needed.
