Domain Not Found - Railway Domain

Hi there,

I had a domain working for more than 2 years now in my plan ending with .up.railway.app - This was automatically set up within the web app networking settings.

And, today for some reason, I don't see the app at all and get "Not Found" error.

Unsure why is this error coming up now and would like to get it resolved ASAP as our business relies over it.

Thanks 🙂

It again started to act up with the same DOMAIN Not found response.

Any idea why is this happening?

A recent platform change now requires private networking to be enabled on all services. Older services that predated this weren't automatically migrated, which is why your domain stopped resolving. Go to your service's Settings > Networking > Private Networking and enable it, then redeploy. That should fix it permanently.

Hi. I'm having this same issue but I can't find "Networking" in the Account or Workspace Settings to try your fix. Could you advise and/or screenshot it please? TIA
