I have made al the setting in Clouflare with right CNAME and TXT but I get
Not Found
The train has not arrived at the station.

My domain has is from godaddy, and I have updated the nameservers from cloudflare there as well

I'd make sure the route you're trying to access actually exists.

Can you please share some ss showing the CNAME and the value provided by railway (and the website) & where you added in godaddy?
GoDaddy doesnt support CNAME flattening, mentioning in case you are trying to add those records in godaddy
