i cant set up resend emails so i made a cloudflare account with a new domain but people using my website need to be redirected with a 301

I did a lookup on your domain and it has been registered for 40 days. Unfortunately, you can't transfer your domain to Cloudflare until it has been registered for 60 days. Nameservers are also not supported on Railway, so you will need to wait 20 more days and then open a support ticket for it.
