Domain stuck as "Not Available" when adding custom domain

Hello Railway Team,

I’m trying to add my custom domain paisaagro.com to my current project, but I'm getting the message: "Not Available" when I try to add it under the "Add Custom Domain" section.

A few days ago I previously tried to add this domain, but the verification failed at that time because the DNS was not properly configured yet. The domain is managed on Hostinger.

Currently, the DNS is correctly pointing to Railway:

  • ALIAS @ → 8mwd5or3.up.railway.app
  • CNAME www → paisaagro.com

However, Railway still reports it as unavailable, most likely because it got partially registered or stuck during the previous attempt.

Could you please help me release or reset this domain on your side so I can properly link it now to my project?

Thank you very much!

Hi there - it seems the domain is linked to your develop environment, that's why it was being marked as used

Hi Sarah!

Thank you so much for your help and clarification — I didn't realize that the domain had been previously linked to the develop environment, that completely makes sense now.

Appreciate the support and the quick resolution!
