The problem is NOT solved yet. My domain tecpoint.net.br is still showing Railway error page. EVIDENCE: - Domain still shows "Not Found - The train has not arrived at the station" - SSL certificate is still from Railway (*.up.railway.app) - Users cannot access my actual website SCREENSHOTS: [anexe as duas imagens que você mostrou] Please completely remove tecpoint.net.br from Railway system. The domain should have NO connection to Railway anymore. The ticket was marked as "Solved" but the problem persists.

Hi there - I see you have removed the domain on Railway. I do still see you have several projects on Railway.

Could you please either share which project you were using to associate the domain prior?

I deleted all projects months ago that were using tecpoint.net.br domain. I don't remember the exact project name because it was deleted long time ago.

The domain is still showing Railway error page even after all deletions. Can you please search your system for ANY references to tecpoint.net.br and remove them completely?

I attached screenshots showing the domain still displays Railway error page and Railway SSL certificate.

Please remove ALL connections between tecpoint.net.br and Railway platform.

Hi Sarah, I'm a bit confused about something. I noticed that when some people access my website, it works normally without any Railway branding or DNS issues. However, when I access the same website from my location, I still see the Railway error page. Can you help me understand why this is happening? When others access the site, it shows normally with no Railway DNS or error pages. But when I access it from my computer/internet connection, I still see the Railway error. Is this a DNS propagation issue on my end? How can I resolve this so the website works normally from my location too? It seems strange that the website works for some people but not for me. Hi there, I cannot replicate the issue so unfortunately I can't really debug here. We have no record of this domain in Railway, it is fully removed.
