Double Payment Issue for Railway Service Subscription

Dear Railway Customer Service Team,

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding my recent subscription payment.

On [date], I initially subscribed to the Hobby plan for $5 per month under the account dev@clouduscorp.com. However, shortly after subscribing, I decided to upgrade my plan to the Pro plan, which costs $20 per month, as I believed it would better suit my needs.

Upon reviewing my credit card statement, I noticed that both the $5 payment for the Hobby plan and the $20 payment for the Pro plan were processed, resulting in a double charge. Furthermore, the $5 payment for the Hobby plan has not been refunded or cancelled.

I had understood the upgrade to the Pro plan as a replacement for the initial Hobby plan subscription, rather than a separate and additional charge. Therefore, I kindly request that the $5 payment for the Hobby plan be refunded and the double charge issue be rectified promptly.

Could you please investigate this matter and provide a resolution at your earliest convenience? I would greatly appreciate your prompt attention to this issue and a swift resolution.

The pro plan is indeed another workspace that you are billed for in addition to the hobby plan.

When you had upgraded to pro, did you make sure to move all of your projects over? if you had left projects running on the hobby plan then unfortunately that hobby subscription cost wouldn't be refundable.
