I downgraded from to the "free" plan, as I am currently barely using anything, but for some reason the single postgres db that I was using, stopped working? It says it exceeds the limits? How is it possible for the DB with barely any data to exceed limits?

Are the resource limits at 0.5 vCPU and 0.5 GB RAM?

And is the volume at 0.5 GB?

There is no such thing as downgrading to free from a paid plan. You are currently not on any plan, hence why you are unable to adjust the limits.
The path forward here would be to put yourself back on a paid plan.
Uh? I just clicked the button to downgrade, it's fine. It for some reason said I was in the free plan but I wasn't and had to manually downgrade again

Your worksapce is listed as "NO_PLAN" so it looks like you've simply canceled.

Ah you JUST did that, well then looks like you are all good?
Yeah. I thought it was automatically on free plan once I canceled but had to manually do it.
Although, for the future, you should probably add a way to at least dump the DB if a plan is canceled or alike.
