Why is it not downgrading me to hobby, im using only hobby features as I accidently upgraded to pro while tampering around, and haven't changed anything since.

could it be due to this? as I clicked upgrade it didnt debit any account from the card, as indian cards require OTP as mentioned, so it got sent as an inpaid invoice, but ive not used and dont plan on using any pro features, so is it that the unpaid invoice is rejecting the downgrade?
