downgrade to the 1$ plan p support help please

hi please help me i test only an internal application so i dont need 5$/month for testing
so i wanna jump on the 1$ down please could you downgrade the plan and reactivate the application possible?

There is no $1/month plan. Our plans are Free ($0/month with $1 of free resource credit), Hobby ($5/month with $5 of included usage), and Pro ($20/month). You can downgrade to the Free plan yourself from your workspace billing settings, but note that the Free plan has lower resource limits (0.5 GB RAM, 1 vCPU, 1 replica) and only $1 of free usage per month.
