Hello, I recently discovered that my account has been downgraded from hobby to free plan even though I didn't do that by myself. Also there is a problem that payment process keeps declining my payments, I tried with other cards, but still the same. What is happening?

you will need to contact your bank to ensure that they are not blocking the payment, especially if you were previously paying for hobby plan
I called them, and they said everything is fine by them. They said "check with them" to be precise.
