DUMP - Postgres

Hello Railway Support team,

My project pretty-radiance (service: Postgres) stopped working after a crash/update and I no longer have access to the n8n application.

I urgently need to recover my data (workflows and credentials), but I am not able to connect externally to the Postgres service from Windows — I always get connection timed out even when using the generated public domain postgres-production-7063.up.railway.app:5432.

It seems that my current plan does not allow public networking or TCP proxy from CLI on Windows.

Could you please provide me with a Postgres dump backup of my database so that I can restore it in another environment?
Ideally in custom format (pg_dump -Fc) or SQL format.

Database details:

  • Database name: railway

  • User: railway

  • Project: pretty-radiance

  • Service: Postgres

This dump is crucial for me to migrate my n8n instance and avoid data loss.

Thank you very much in advance for your help!

Best regards,
João

Hi

Do you check and fix my project to put the all applications (postgres, n8n, redis etc) on the same network?
I think that it is the problem but I can't to fix.

Can you check and resolve please?

can you try connecting using the tcp url? you should use the port after the rlwy.net:xxxx <- this port here not 5432
