Since you already have a staging environment, the Sync feature is the correct approach. Navigate to your staging environment, click "Sync" at the top of the canvas, select production as the source, and it will import all services and configuration as staged changes for you to review and deploy. The "Duplicate Environment" option is only available when creating a new environment via the + New Environment dropdown. More details in our Environments docs.
