Duplicate templates turns to empty

  • Operation: Account Settings > Templates > Select a template > Duplicate

  • It duplicates the template with appending "(clone)" to the name

  • But it has nothing inside of the duplicated template

  • Same for both personal template and published template

That duplicate button can only duplicate the config from V1 templates, you are duplicating a V2 template so the duplicate template ends up without any config, until thats fixed, you can use this tool -
