Duplicate Transactions and Billing History Issue

Dear Railway Support Team,

I am facing an issue while upgrading my pricing plan to Hobby. When I attempted the upgrade, my card was charged twice with the same transaction amount of Rs 339.73, and both payments were deducted from my SadaPay account. I believe this should not have happened, as there was no due amount in my account at that time.

Additionally, I am unable to view my billing history, which makes it difficult for me to verify why these duplicate charges occurred. I have attached a screenshot of the transactions from my SadaPay account for your reference.

After this incident, I switched to another account for testing. In that account, the first transaction of Rs 399.73 was deducted, and only then was the Hobby plan successfully activated.

I kindly request you to review this matter thoroughly and provide clarification on:

  1. Why duplicate charges occurred on my first account.

  2. Why I am unable to access my billing history.

  3. Confirmation of the correct billing status for both accounts.
