Hi, by mail its impossible to explain what happened and you dont even check what your clients are telling you. When I told about the various charges in my card you told that I was crazy. Then, some days after I said that, then BOOOM a BUG report.

Now, by mail, Im explaining and sending the invoices to be checked, and the answer is the same, "THAT'S RIGHT, YOU'RE CRAZY", "We are billing for your usage", "You have to pay".

Well, I KNOW I HAVE TO PAY, but not twice for the same period and usage.

Please, at least open the invoices, and tell me, how can I use the same resources that I used in a month in one DAY?

Let me explain, one more time:

Jan 17, 2025 - I paid $5 dollar, to start using Railway - OK
Fev 17, 2025 - I paid $8,06 (13,06 FROM USAGE MINUS $5 dollar of hobby plan usage discount)

Mar 08, 2025 - I changed my plan to PRO and moved my workspace, you charged me $ 21,93, what I think is ok (Attachment 1).

Than you billed:

Mar 09, 2025 - $ 18,59 (REFUNDED)
Mar 09, 2025 - $ 18,58 (REFUNDED)
Mar 09, 2025 - $ 18,59 (REFUNDED)
Mar 10, 2025 - $ 18,59 (NOT REFUNDED)

and this is just for the Hobby plan, because there is another charge, that is right, of $20 in my credit card for the PRO PLAN.

And the most obviously thing that proves that you charged me wrong, ARE THE INVOICES, that shows the EXACTLY SAME USAGE. How is it possible to use the EXACTLY SAME RESOURCES that I used in month, in A DAY?
