I have 4 services with volumes + 1 volume out of a backup and I assume I have some on pending delete.
Now I want to try to duplicate my "dragonfly" service and then mount the backup volume but I can't, as it automatically gets marked as deleted
Imo the duplication shouldn't fail its fine if the limit is enforced but let me duplicate it without volume then.
