before or while processing the request.``` My production application is unable to connect to its DB running on Railway because of the issue above. I can't even connect to the PostgreSQL database using psql. I saw there was an incident with hardware of certain regions. From my dashboard the database is active but it doesn't allow any connections to it.

@Railway It seems being on a hobby dev plan means I ain't treated well. Come on I have an issue but no one cares. I'm ditching Railway I'd rather use other services because Railway has no ticket system that I could submit to get help. The application behind this DB has been offline for 6 days now.

We definitely need additional information here. Additionally, the Hobby is indeed community support.If you have applications for production use, where you need turnaround in less than 24 hours, you should not be on the hobby plan.
