Hi,

We are getting ECONNRESET errors one our main production service. We tried restarting and redeploying the service but nothing works. We did not push anything, the deployment metrics look normal.

Oh great it's maintenance, wouldv'e been nice to know I'm in the EU! My customers can't use the app now.

Okay, we're getting back, had to triage the host and restore the workloads.

Sorry for the impact for the customers on the machine.

Fwiw, I am updating the email copy ASAP

It's not our intent to mislead, there was a recoverable host failiure.

All good, thanks for the quick answer

Email copy updated everyone, sorry for the impression that we wanted to underplay it.

Sorry for the late follow-up. Persistent ECONNRESET through a restart usually means a platform-side event terminated the container; a redeploy lands it cleanly on a healthy host. Still happening? I'll investigate. If not, running across nodes prevents it. — Angelo
