We do not have an egress allow list feature. Outbound traffic from your services is not filtered or restricted by domain (except that SMTP is blocked on Hobby plans). Your services can reach any external destination over HTTPS without needing to allowlist anything. If you're experiencing SSL errors or timeouts when connecting to external services, those are likely application-level issues rather than something controlled by a Railway network setting.
