How to get a breakdown of egress traffic?

My 'simple NextJS app' without much traffic (a dozen users) is generating an insane amount of traffic and I need to understand where it is going.

I browsed station looking for info but can't find any. I stumbled upon this comment from the team: https://station.railway.com/questions/egress-usage-c136b8f4#by7t

which is obvious nonsense Power company doesn't own what's in your home. But egress is from railway network not mine, and that's what railway owns. Railway, however, does.

How can I get this information?
