I followed the tutorial here https://blog.railway.app/p/github-actions to connect have my builds on github first but then i was getting errors on github so I decided to stick with the old way. No matter what i do I can't seem to the app to deploy as it used before i messed with this. It builds forever and waits for github before it deploys. I don't want this behaviour please. What should I do
